Who are we?

Hr Partners is the result of a joint venture between DynaHR and Partena Professional and has recently earned, for the third time in a row (!), the Happy at Work reward! 

What do we do?

We offer support to companies to handle their HR Organization. For this we rely on our HR experts to implement, reorient or take HR to the next level at companies. Our activities are divided into "3 Pillars":

  • HR Interim Management: Provide temporary support (Recruiters, HR Officers, HR BPs, HR Managers...) to companies.
  • HR Project Management: Help companies get HR projects on track! 
  • HR Consultancy: training, workshops, management support are just a few examples of what we offer.
Since we are already growing strongly, we are now eagerly looking for new HR talent to join our team!

What’s the mission?

As a Senior HR Consultant at HR Partners, you will play a key role in leading various human resources projects. You will be recognized as an essential ambassador of our company, with the responsibility to guide and inspire both our clients and our internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of Soft HR Projects:  As a Senior HR Consultant, your main role will be to lead and support projects in the field of Soft HR. You will be responsible for implementing human resources strategies focused on human and organizational development. This includes facilitating internal communication, promoting a positive company culture, and assisting in talent management and training.
  • Strengthening Engagement and Well-being : You will play a crucial role in improving engagement and well-being within our clients' organizations. Your mission will be to develop innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and motivation, while ensuring their mental and emotional well-being. This may include implementing workplace wellness programs, creating team-building activities, and developing flexible work policies to meet employee needs.
  • Client Portfolio Management: You will maintain and develop your own client portfolio, offering them customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Organizational Development : You will actively contribute to the growth and innovation of HR Partners.
  • Mentoring Junior Consultants : You will guide and support our junior consultants, helping them to achieve excellence in the field of human resources.

Exigences

Who are you?

 

  • Experience in Soft HR and Project Management : A strong background in Soft HR and project management, with a continuous commitment to learning and professional development.
  • Knowledge of HR Methodologies :  Expertise in human resources methodologies, with a particular focus on employee engagement, retention, well-being, and talent management.
  • Language Skills : Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French, essential for effective communication in a multilingual environment.
  • Independence, Flexibility, and Proactivity :  Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changes, and take bold initiatives.
  • Motivation and Determination : Strong motivation and willingness to take on challenges, as well as the ability to initiate actions to achieve set goals.
  • Communication and Project Management Skills : Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management, to unify and lead teams towards common goals.
  • Business Acumen : Sharp business intuition and an exceptional ability to seize opportunities.
  • IT Skills : Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with advanced digital platforms such as ChatGPT.
