Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to take ownership of the company’s human resources function and support its ongoing growth!

Description

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and compliance
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to department heads, advising on workforce planning and supporting recruitment aligned with business priorities
  • Shape and execute HR strategies that reflect the company’s overall goals and vision
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on key HR and people topics
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor legislation, keeping policies and practices up to date with regulatory changes
  • Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture aligned with company values
  • Design and implement performance management systems and employee development plans
  • Drive HR reporting and analytics, enabling data-informed decisions across the organization
  • Build and manage compensation and benefits structures that attract, retain, and reward top talent
  • Support ongoing organizational development and change management initiatives

Exigences

Your profile

  • Trilingual: fluent in English, French and Dutch
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent; (HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a leadership or advisory role
  • Experience in finance-related environments, collaboration with finance teams or investors, and a background in high-growth or startup settings are all strong assets
  • You thrive in evolving environments and capable of designing HR processes and frameworks from the ground up
  • Strong command of employment law and HR best practices
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (creation of complex dashboards, reports, and data models); solid knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Digitally confident, with hands-on experience using and leveraging HR data for informed decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships across all levels, including with senior leadership and Board members
  • Independent, organized, and resourceful with a multi-tasking mindset
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, and flexible in day-to-day operations
