We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to manage and enhance end-to-end recruitment operations within a dynamic and people-focused environment. As the main point of contact for your business unit, you will oversee the entire hiring process, contribute to strategic planning, and lead cross-functional recruitment initiatives.
 

Description

End-to-End Recruitment Oversight

  • Manage all recruitment activities for your business unit: from job posting to candidate follow-up, interviews, reporting, and contract preparation.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Define and implement a recruitment approach aligned with organizational goals and talent needs.

Process Design and Improvement

  • Continuously review and optimize recruitment and selection processes to improve quality and efficiency.

Sourcing Strategy

  • Select and manage the most effective recruitment channels, tools, and external partners to reach the right talent pools.

Employer Branding

  • Support and develop the employer value proposition to strengthen candidate engagement and positioning on the job market.

Recruitment Project Ownership

  • Independently lead recruitment-related projects such as Job Days, hiring campaigns, or tool implementations.

Collaboration and Budget Management

  • Partner with the HR Advisor in charge of other business units to align strategies, co-manage the recruitment budget, and coordinate with external suppliers.

HR Analytics

  • Contribute to workforce analysis, including headcount trends, workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention metrics.

Coaching & Support to Managers

  • Train and guide hiring managers on interviewing best practices, selection methods, and candidate evaluation.

 

Exigences

Education & Certifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience in HR or management

Languages

  • Dutch: Fluent
  • French: Fluent
  • English: Fluent

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years in a talent acquisition or recruitment partner role
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and improving recruitment processes
  • Previous exposure to project-based HR assignments is a strong asset

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – mandatory
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – preferred
  • Familiarity with recruitment in the financial sector – a plus
