Description

  • Provides the framework for salary policy by classifying roles based on responsibilities, skills, and market benchmarks, specifically for management-level employees.
  • Aligns benefits (e.g. group insurance) with the actual level of each managerial role.
  • Applies a structured methodology (grids, points, levels) to describe, compare, and classify functions for white-collar staff.

Exigences

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proven experience in job classification methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits practices, including salary benchmarking and job grading.
  • Ability to analyze and translate job content into structured evaluation criteria.
  • Experience working with HR systems and tools related to job architecture and classification.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills to support HR teams and business leaders.
  • Familiarity with linking job classification to broader HR processes (e.g. career paths, performance, benefits).
