Objectives
- Design and implement a change management strategy tailored to the department’s challenges.
- Structure and drive the transformation of processes, roles, and tools.
- Strengthen collaboration between IS teams and business functions.
- Support teams in embracing new ways of working.
- Monitor the organizational, human, and financial impacts of the transformation.
Description
- Assess current practices (processes, tools, governance, culture).
- Develop a clear transformation roadmap with milestones and KPIs.
- Organize and lead impact analysis, co-creation, and feedback workshops.
- Design and execute targeted communication and training plans.
- Oversee the implementation of the transformation plan.
- Produce structured, tailored deliverables for all stakeholders (management, business, technical experts).
- Monitor risks related to the transformation process.
- Work in close collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, Business Units, and PMO teams.
Exigences
Key Competencies
- Expertise in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change, coaching).
- Skilled in impact analysis, risk management, and facilitation of collaborative workshops.
- Ability to define KPIs, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint…).
- Strong ability to produce clear, structured documentation for various organizational levels.
- Experience managing complex projects, including in regulated or multi-site contexts.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influential leadership.
- Political acumen, diplomacy, and results-oriented mindset.
Profile
- Proven experience (8+ years) in change management within IT, organizational, or multi-sector environments (energy, mobility, finance, public sector).
- Certification in coaching or change management is a plus.
- Fluent in either French or Dutch, with a good command of the other and English.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
