Description

As Talent Expert / Talent Project Manager, you will oversee the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of various Talent Management programs. These initiatives are designed to identify, develop, and retain key talents while ensuring full alignment with the company's strategic goals.

You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, leveraging your project management and change management expertise to engage internal stakeholders and drive active participation.

Key programs and responsibilities include:

Talent Review

  • Organizing and facilitating talent review sessions with business leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Consolidating and analyzing talent data to identify trends and provide reports with actionable insights (succession planning, high potential programs, development actions, etc.).
  • Supporting HR Business Partners in monitoring individual development and action plans.
  • Continuously evaluating and enhancing the talent review process.

Succession Planning

  • Designing and implementing succession plans to ensure coverage of critical positions.
  • Identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership or key roles.
  • Partnering with business leaders to define succession strategies.

Performance Management

  • Coordinating performance management processes (goal setting, development plans, evaluations) and supporting managers in their implementation.
  • Participating in process improvements and ensuring proper implementation of changes.

Workforce Planning / Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Developing forward-looking workforce plans aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure workforce strategies support organizational objectives.

Retention

  • Developing retention initiatives to secure key talents.
  • Analyzing exit data and providing recommendations for improvement.

Talent Policies & Guidelines

  • Drafting and maintaining HR policies related to talent management, including internal mobility, recruitment processes, and other HR frameworks.

Exigences

  • Confirmed experience in facilitating workshops with project stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing talent projects (performance management, talent review, succession planning, workforce planning, internal mobility).
  • Proven experience drafting and implementing Talent Management policies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing resistance in change or project environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated during interview.
  • Ability to create clear, structured, and visually appealing communication materials.
  • Full professional proficiency in both French and Dutch (mandatory).
  • Excellent organizational skills: structured, concise, accessible, and accurate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide examples of clear and effective PowerPoint or communication materials.
  • Solid understanding of Talent Management processes.
