Senior Recruiter/Hunter Freelance

Our client is  currently looking for an Senior  Recruiter Hunter E2E. The main purpose is to assure timely and accurate  the monitoring  and executing of the entire recruitment and selection process.

Role

  • Creative in making contact with candidates to attract them
  • Good knowledge of social networks and other recruitment channels
  • Source candidates using online tools
  • Explore creative ways to establish new candidate pools
  • Work closely with other Recruiters, our Recruiting Coordinator, and Hiring Managers to develop in-depth understanding of assigned requisitions (both technical and non-technical positions)
  • Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to build tailored sourcing strategies for each assigned role
  • Provide regular updates to the Hiring Managers

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor or master in Human Resources
  • You have at least 4 years of experience working in a similiar position
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch
  • You are ambitious, curious and open-minded
  • You are the master of communication
  • You are autonomous, but you also know how to work in a team
  • You have in-depth knowledge of STAR maintenance techniques and classic selection tools (tests)
  • You have strong analytycal Skills
  • You have a real Team Spirit, but can also works autonomous
  • Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
