We intend to process your personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent way. This Privacy Policy specifies what personal data about you as a physical person are processed by HR Partners and what the purposes of the processing are. Next to this, we provide details on the rights you have to guarantee and possibly improve the protection of your privacy.

Legislation

HR Partners commits to respect the legislative provisions set out in the European General Regulation on Data Protection 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (also known as "GDPR")

Collected data

We collect your following data:

  • Your identification data (surname, first name, title, e-mail address, date of birth and delivery address);
  • Your professional data (experiences, diplomas, skills, language skills, hobbies);
  • Your bank details (credit card number, IBAN and BIC / SWIFT) and billing;
  • Your personal data obtained from various sources (third party websites and offline events);
  • Our communications (by email or other);
  • The type of domain with which you connect to the Internet;
  • The IP address assigned to you;
  • The date and time of your access to our site;
  • Location data or other data relating to the communication;
  • The pages you viewed on our site;
  • The type of browser, platform and / or operating system you are using;
  • The search engine as well as the keywords used to find the site;
  • Your browsing preferences.

Purposes

We collect your data mainly to be able to treat your contract, to send our newsletter, to improve our service and, more generally, to be able to communicate to you the offers and opportunities which could possibly interest you. Finally, your data also allow us to improve and facilitate your navigation on our website.

Receivers

HR Partners processes your personal data in accordance with the purposes mentioned above. Employees of HR Partners who need your personal data in the performance of their duties, may consult them.

In specific cases, your personal data may also be transmitted to third parties, including:

  • Social secretariats
  • Accountants & tax consultants
  • ICT providers
  • Official bodies within the framework of the legal obligations that the federation is obliged to respect (FPS Economy, Belgian instructor,).

Transfer abroad

We only transfer your data to a non-EU country on the condition that this country provides a level of protection equivalent to the one you can receive in your country of residence.

Retention period

HR Partners retains your personal data as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes described above. This data is deleted as soon as the relationship with HR Partners and these purposes ends (upon explicit and written request from you or by decision of HR Partners).

For administrative reasons, HR Partners will archive your first and last name, since this data cannot be deleted (e.g. application sent to our clients, etc.). Your contact data is no longer actively kept.

Of course, HR Partners retains your personal data in accordance with any legal delays and limitation periods in force.

Rights and commitments

HR Partners undertakes to respect your personal data and the rights deriving therefrom:

1. Right to information and access

If you wish to consult your personal data processed by HR Partners, you may do so by exercising your right of inspection.

HR Partners will provide you with a so complete as possible record of the personal data it keeps about you. HR Partners confirms that it does not keep any particular categories of personal data (e.g. data on ethnic origin, health, sexual orientation, etc.).

2. Right to rectification

If there are any changes in your personal data (name, address, e-mail address ...), we kindly ask you to notify us so that we can make any necessary corrections or additions.

3. Right of erasure

If you believe that HR Partners is processing certain personal data on a wrongful basis, that is to say without a legitimate purpose for doing so, you may request that your personal data be erased.

In any case, HR Partners is entitled to keep your personal data when a statutory limitation period requires it.

Remark: If you request the deletion of your personal data, this will mean that you will no longer be able to benefit from the services of HR Partners.

4. Right to object

If your personal data are inaccurate and you have requested to adapt them or if you believe that HR Partners is processing your data on a prohibited basis, you may object to the processing of your data.

5. Right to restriction of processing

You may also request to limit the processing of your personal data.

6. Right to withdraw consent

When your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. HR Partners will delete your data.

Information on navigation

Cookies are used primarily to save you time. The function of a cookie is to inform the web server that you have returned to consult a specific page.
