Your Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the charge in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent that aligns with our company’s values and goals. You’ll oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring that new hires are not only qualified but also a perfect fit for our team. Beyond hiring, you’ll design and implement comprehensive career development plans, providing employees with clear growth trajectories and opportunities to excel within the organization.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and execute strategies that foster a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture. Your role will be central to maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement, reducing turnover, and ensuring our team remains motivated and committed. By implementing well-being initiatives and regular feedback loops, you’ll create a work environment where every employee feels valued and supported.
- Strategic HR Leadership: As a strategic partner to the executive team, you’ll develop and implement HR strategies that are closely aligned with our business objectives. Your insights will guide decision-making on everything from talent management to organizational development. You’ll also play a key role in driving innovation within the HR function, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and support our company’s growth.
- Performance Management: Streamline and enhance our performance management processes, ensuring they are efficient, fair, and aligned with our operational goals. You’ll oversee regular performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions, equipping managers with the tools they need to foster high performance across the organization. Your focus will be on creating a culture of continuous improvement where feedback is constructive and growth-oriented.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the effective management of all outsourced HR functions, including payroll, fleet management, and other administrative tasks. You’ll ensure these services run smoothly, are compliant with all relevant regulations, and support the overall efficiency of our operations. By monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, you’ll drive continuous improvement in these areas, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all HR activities are fully compliant with local and international labor laws and regulations. You’ll work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks, implement best practices, and ensure that our HR policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated across the organization.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience: With 5-10 years of HR experience, you’ve honed your expertise in both Soft HR (recruitment, talent management, employee engagement) and Hard HR (payroll, compliance). You’re not just an HR professional; you’re a strategic thinker who understands how to align HR initiatives with business goals. You’ve successfully managed large HR projects, and you’re comfortable taking the lead from planning to execution.
- Skills: You’re a strong communicator, capable of interacting with everyone from C-level executives to front-line employees. Your leadership skills inspire those around you, and your ability to manage change ensures smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring. Data-driven and analytical, you use HR metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Moreover, your business acumen allows you to understand the broader industry landscape and make informed strategic decisions.
- Languages: Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential, as you’ll be working in a multilingual environment where clear communication is key to success.
