Description

Strategic Talent Acquisition

Contribute to the definition and implementation of a recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s expansion goals and market positioning.

Active Sourcing

Take ownership of direct sourcing and headhunting activities to attract high-demand profiles, including IT specialists, engineers, and Project Managers.

Management Participation

Collaborate with leadership and participate in management meetings to ensure alignment between recruitment needs and business priorities.

Team Leadership

Lead and support two recruitment collaborators in charge of administrative and operational tasks related to job postings, candidate follow-up, and contract handling.

 

Requirements

Languages

• Dutch: Fluent
• English: Fluent

Experience & Expertise

• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on hard-to-fill and technical profiles
• Strategic mindset and ability to translate business needs into effective recruitment actions
• Solid experience in employer branding and talent attraction campaigns
• Demonstrated success in active sourcing / headhunting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
