As our intern, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process. Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter proficiently to identify bilingual Human Resources consultants proficient in French, Dutch, and English. 🔎
- Become a LinkedIn expert and craft engaging content to promote our company, attract top-tier talent, and enhance our social media presence.
- Explore innovative tools like ChatGPT. 🤖
- Conduct initial phone calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment. 📞
- You will learn how to perform the STARR -methodology and use it to discover outstanding candidates. ⭐️
- Thoroughly document all critical information obtained during interviews and generate detailed interview reports. 📄
- Create CV's that will highlight the candidate's experience.
- Maintain our database up to date. 📖
- On the look-out for assignment/job opportunities on client/public platforms.🔎
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends, retention strategies, and workplace well-being by reading relevant articles and sharing insights with the team to enhance our recruitment processes. 📖
This internship is an exceptional opportunity for individuals currently pursuing a degree in human resources, work psychology, or a related field. We value the following skills and qualifications:
- Language skills are important. Being able to communicate fluent in at least 2 of the 3 languages (French, English and/or Dutch) is a must.
- Study in HR or finance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You need to have a passion for the Human Resources services industry, because it is our core business.
- You are a curious person, who is eager to learn and continuously strives to become the best version of him/herself
- You are agile and flexible, and you easily adapt to new situations and environments
