Description
HR Support for Team Leaders:
- Advise and assist team leaders on HR-related topics, including compensation, benefits, and working conditions.
- Support the development and execution of training plans.
- Conduct employee interviews and follow-ups.
HR Project Development :
- Implement and optimize flexible compensation systems.
- Calculate total annual employee costs.
- Manage and improve compensation structures.
- Oversee performance management, including bonus tracking.
- Support the coordination of performance and feedback interviews.
Ongoing HR Projects:
- Oversee telework policies.
- Lead initiatives related to employee feedback and development.
- Contribute to AI literacy programs.
HR Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare reports.
- Participate in monthly union meetings.
Employee Well-being & Workplace Safety:
- Act as a trusted contact person for employees.
- Collaborate with the external prevention advisor on well-being and safety initiatives.
Payroll & Social Legislation:
- Provide support for payroll administration as needed.
Mobility Management :
- Administer company cars, leasing bikes, and mobility budgets.
- Manage communication with leasing companies and insurance providers.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Write and publish job offers.
- Conduct recruitment interviews.
- Support team leaders in salary negotiations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Requirements
Profile
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR role with a similar scope.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Discretion, diplomacy, and empathy.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to structure information and organize tasks effectively.
- Expertise of Eblox Edox and Eblox Reporting (SD Worx).
- Experience with Protime or Strobbo is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch. French and German or English are an asset.
