Description
Responsibilities :
Under the direction of the Manager HR Administration & Payroll, the Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Organizing, planning, and supervising a team of Payroll Officers, each responsible for the administrative management of human resources and payroll for their respective populations.
- Correctly applying and executing the existing administrative and payroll processes within the organization, as well as controlling them.
- Executing payroll closures and controls.
- Collaborating on payroll-related projects.
- Participating in internal and external payroll audits.
- Ensuring internal and external communication regarding payroll matters.
- Standardizing and simplifying current processes in collaboration with other team leaders and the Operational Lead.
- Documenting processes and regulations regarding Payroll & Admin on a shared SharePoint.
- Training Payroll Officers on Payroll & Admin processes.
- Ensuring the correct application of social and tax legislation, considering sectoral, company-specific, and/or individual agreements.
- Participating in internal and external audits related to payroll and human resources administration and/or HR processes.
- Participating in HR projects, such as guiding and advising on payroll-related projects.
- Organizing, planning, and controlling team performance.
- Guiding, coaching, and developing your team on a commercial and relational level.
- Regularly executing bi-weekly (workers) and monthly (employees/SWT) payroll processes.
- Assisting the Operational Lead in executing and controlling special calculations.
Requirements
What about you?
- You have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- You are knowledgeable in SAP HR and Payroll.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- You are an excellent communicator and an empathetic facilitator.
- You can manage and motivate a team.
- You have strong analytical skills and a keen sense of administration.
- You work precisely, structured, and documented with attention to detail.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French.
