Who are we?

HR Partners is the result of a joint venture between DynaHR and Partena Professional and has recently earned, for the fourth time in a row (!), the Happy at Work Certification! 

What do we do?

We offer support to companies to handle their HR Organization. For this we rely on our HR experts to implement, reorient or take HR to the next level at companies. 
Our activities are divided into "3 Pillars" within which you can provide support:

  • HR Interim Management: Provide temporary support (Recruiters, HR Officers, HR BPs, HR Managers...) to companies.
  • HR Project Management: Help companies get HR projects on track! 
  • HR Consultancy: training, workshops, management support are just a few examples of what we offer.

Since we are already growing strongly, we are now eagerly looking for new HR talent to join our team!

But what exactly does it mean to be a Business Development Manager?


    What is your mission?

    As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for active prospecting within the Flanders region, specifically for the services of HR Partners.

    Your job description:

    • Identify and approach potential customers based on internal leads and/or own initiative within region Flanders.
    • Visit prospects/existing clients in order to identify and analyze their needs and to prepare a proposal based on this analysis.
    • Prepare competitive proposals for the potential customers.
    • Negotiate and conclude contracts with existing clients and prospects for HR Partners' services (Consultancy assignments up to complex subcontracted contracts).
    • Follow up the implementation of the agreed solutions.
    • Develop network through contacts with clients and prospects and by participating in events.
    • Identify market trends and requirements and communicate them to the marketing department.
    • Participate in the development of the sales strategy with management.


    Who are you?

    • You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
    • You have minimum 3 years of experience in the HR sector and/or Consultancy.
    • You have a relevant experience (preferably as an Account Manager, Business Developer,...)
    • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English and French.
    • You are familiar with a number of software tools (CRM, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint).
    • You work independently, you are an initiator and a go-getter.
    • You have a healthy analytical capacity and you can also use this to make competitive offers based on the processes and challenges of the customer. 
    • You are a team player who is open and communicative and who works well with colleagues from the same or other departments within the company.    
    • You solve problems in a creative and innovative way.
    • You are convincing in your presentations to the customer and can guide the customer during decision-making processes.
