Description
As an RPO Implementation Manager, you will lead the successful rollout of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions across client organizations. Your mission is to design and implement standardized, efficient recruitment processes while ensuring stakeholder alignment and system readiness. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle—from initial scoping to long-term adoption—focusing on operational excellence, change management, and measurable performance outcomes.
Tasks
• Lead the planning and execution of RPO implementations, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration into client environments
• Apply the company policies within RPO
• Develop a comprehensive process roadbook to guide standardization of recruitment workflows and practices across departments
• Optimize operational processes to support efficiency, scalability, and consistent service delivery
• Ensure technical readiness by validating the functionality of recruitment systems and coordinating necessary system encodings and configurations
• Drive change management initiatives to support adoption across departments through a phased, step-by-step approach
Facilitate organizational buy-in by engaging stakeholders, addressing concerns, and clearly communicating value
• Identify opportunities for continuous process and cost optimizations, leveraging insights and best practices
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Develop and implement performance dashboards to enable real-time monitoring and strategic decision-making
• Measure the effectiveness and impact of recruitment processes (e.g. predictive test value, interview success rates, time-to-fill)
• Deliver training programs for long-term sustainability, supporting both end-users and internal RPO teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client stakeholders, IT, recruitment operations, and leadership to ensure aligned project outcomes
• Monitor implementation timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Requirements
To excel as an RPO Implementation Manager, you combine project management expertise with a strong understanding of recruitment operations and stakeholder engagement:
• You bring solid experience in project or implementation management, ideally within an RPO or recruitment context
• You have a deep understanding of recruitment operations, process optimization, and system integrations
• You possess strong communication and change management skills to navigate complex stakeholder environments
• You are analytical and data-driven, with the ability to define meaningful KPIs and translate insights into action
• You are experienced in developing training programs and facilitating knowledge transfer
• You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
• You are familiar with recruitment technology platforms (e.g. ATS, HRIS) and reporting dashboards
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required
• Fluency in Dutch and Frensh is essential
