Our client located in Brussels is looking for a Compensation & Benefit Manager !

Description

  • You will drive and contribute to cross-functional projects, such as the implementation of the mobility budget, shift planning updates, and system improvements, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • You will design and implement salary and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with Belgian regulations and alignment with market trends.
  • You will oversee the payroll process, validate changes (e.g., parental leave, salary adjustments), and ensure accurate, timely payments.
  • You will lead and support the HR Admin and Payroll Consultant, optimizing processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • You will manage and maintain the HRIS (Sympa), ensuring data accuracy and supporting automation of HR processes and reporting.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams (HR, finance, and management) and external partners (e.g., payroll providers) to ensure effective communication and seamless HR operations and project execution
  • You will create and present HR reports and metrics to management, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in compensation and benefits and payroll
  • Proven experience in managing compensation & benefits, payroll, and complex HR projects.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to balance strategic and operational tasks.
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian labour law and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Sympa) systems and data-driven reporting.

  • MS Office
  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant experience
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a team
