Who are we?

HR Partners is the result of a joint venture between DynaHR and Partena Professional and has recently earned, for the fourth time in a row (!), the Happy at Work Certification! 

What do we do?

We offer support to companies to handle their HR Organization. For this we rely on our HR experts to implement, reorient or take HR to the next level at companies. Our activities are divided into "4 Pillars":

  • HR Interim Management: Provide temporary support (Recruiters, HR Officers, HR BPs, HR Managers...) to companies.
  • HR Project Management: Help companies get HR projects on track! 
  • HR Consultancy: training, workshops, management support are just a few examples of what we offer.
  • Talent Acquisition 

Since we are already growing strongly, we are now eagerly looking for new HR talent to join our team!
But what does that entail exactly, being an Account Manager & Sourcer ?

Description

What’s your mission?

As an internal Account Manager & Sourcer, your goal is to find a quality match between candidates and job openings! How are you going to achieve this? 

  • Do the intakes with clients 
  • Understand the clients and candidates needs and expectations for perfect matching
  • Do candidates sourcing
  • Introduce and defend candidates to the clients
  • Detect market opportunities
  • Provide internal recruitment support
  • Do hunting (occasionnaly)
  • Through qualitative screenings (both CV-oriented and via the telephone) and engaging face to face interviews you actively support the screening process for major clients and projects.
  • You inquisitively search job sites, identify and contact talents for the various functions you’ll be responsible for.
  • You take the necessary actions to attract talents within our fields through networking, use of recruitment tools and social media, participation in job fairs, contacting young graduates, etc.
  • You ensure a qualitative and correct follow-up of the recruitment process.
     

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You have a first experience in recruitment and selection.
  • You are a born hunter and specialist when it comes to digital hunting.
  • Your Dutch is flawless and you have a very good knowledge of French and English
  • You are an excellent communicator and you are able to establish contacts easily.
  • You are a result-oriented problem solver and you are not afraid to take initiative.
  • You have a good grip on MS Office. 
  • You are autonomous, flexible and proactive in your approach.
