Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that has experience in recruiting financial profiles !

Description
- Design and execute targeted recruitment plans to attract qualified talent in the insurance and finance sectors
- Proactively source, assess, and select candidates for niche roles including actuarial, audit, compliance, and risk functions
- Partner with hiring teams to define needs, advise on recruitment approaches, and ensure a smooth and efficient selection process
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment journey, from initial contact through to offer, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience
- Monitor market trends and continuously optimise recruitment practices accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within financial services or insurance
- Fluency in French or Dutch, solid command of the other national language, and operational English
- In-depth understanding of expert roles such as actuaries and risk analysts
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-driven with team spirit
- Comfortable with recruitment technologies and digital sourcing tools
