Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that has experience in recruiting financial profiles !

Beschrijving

• Design and execute targeted recruitment plans to attract qualified talent in the insurance and finance sectors
• Proactively source, assess, and select candidates for niche roles including actuarial, audit, compliance, and risk functions
• Partner with hiring teams to define needs, advise on recruitment approaches, and ensure a smooth and efficient selection process
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment journey, from initial contact through to offer, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience
• Monitor market trends and continuously optimise recruitment practices accordingly

Vereisten

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within financial services or insurance
• Fluency in French or Dutch, solid command of the other national language, and operational English
• In-depth understanding of expert roles such as actuaries and risk analysts
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Self-driven with team spirit
• Comfortable with recruitment technologies and digital sourcing tools
