Our client is looking for an HRIS Implementation Freelance (time & attendance) !

Beschrijving
- Contribute to the functional design of HR tools (times and attendance, absences, overtime, schedules, payroll impact)
- Translate business rules into testable logic and build scenarios for testing
- Collaborate with a test team to validate outputs and document discrepancies
- Ensure compliance between Belgian payroll & social legislation and the system configuration
- Propose improvements to existing HR processes (based on feasibility and end-user impact)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify needs and priorities
- Support HRIS rollout from concept to post-testing validation
Vereisten
- Strong experience with HR tools
- Strong experience with Time & Attendance system setup or implementation
- Good knowledge of payroll and time tracking systems in the Belgian context
- Able to structure and test rules related to absences, overtime, different pay codes
- Methodical and structured, with strong analytical skills
- Able to challenge current practices and suggest realistic, user-centred solutions
- Interested in technology and HR digitalisation
- Fluent in Dutch
