Our client is looking for an HRIS Implementation Freelance (time & attendance) !

Beschrijving

 

• Contribute to the functional design of HR tools (times and attendance, absences, overtime, schedules, payroll impact)
• Translate business rules into testable logic and build scenarios for testing
• Collaborate with a test team to validate outputs and document discrepancies
• Ensure compliance between Belgian payroll & social legislation and the system configuration
• Propose improvements to existing HR processes (based on feasibility and end-user impact)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify needs and priorities
• Support HRIS rollout from concept to post-testing validation

Vereisten

• Strong experience with HR tools
• Strong experience with Time & Attendance system setup or implementation
• Good knowledge of payroll and time tracking systems in the Belgian context
• Able to structure and test rules related to absences, overtime, different pay codes
• Methodical and structured, with strong analytical skills
• Able to challenge current practices and suggest realistic, user-centred solutions
• Interested in technology and HR digitalisation
• Fluent in Dutch
