For one of our clients based in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to handle the full payroll process and ensure compliance with social legislation. Beschrijving

Responsibilities:
As a payroll specialist, you will play a key role in managing and ensuring the smooth operation of payroll administration.

• Payroll management: ensure the complete, accurate, and timely processing of salaries and benefits.
• Administrative management: ensure the accuracy of employee-related information.
• Legal and social compliance: guarantee compliance with social legislation and all legal obligations in force.
• Support and advice: answer questions, provide reliable guidance, and contribute to smooth communication within the organization.

Vereisten

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, Accounting, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience (experience with a social secretariat is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and collective labor agreements (CP 200 and 302 are a plus)
• Proficiency in French and Dutch
• Knowledge of eBlox is an asset
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and respect for deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage stress and work in a dynamic environment
• Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to the team’s development
