Your responsabilities

  • Intake with hiring managers – act as trusted advisor
  • Manage the complete selection process : Sourcing, CV screening, interviewing and recommendations to the hiring managers
  • Prepare and discuss offers with selected candidates
  • Reporting

Vereisten

Our expertise

  • Min. 5 years of experience as a recruiter
  • Experience in IT recruitment (focus on SAP)
  • Experience in sourcing via social media
  • Flexible, pro-active, able to work in a changing environment
  • Able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, English and French
