Who are we?

Hr Partners is the result of a joint venture between DynaHR and Partena Professional and has recently earned, for the third time in a row (!), the Happy at Work reward! 

What do we do?

We offer support to companies to handle their HR Organization. For this we rely on our HR experts to implement, reorient or take HR to the next level at companies. Our activities are divided into "3 Pillars":

  • HR Interim Management: Provide temporary support (Recruiters, HR Officers, HR BPs, HR Managers...) to companies.
  • HR Project Management: Help companies get HR projects on track! 
  • HR Consultancy: training, workshops, management support are just a few examples of what we offer.
Since we are already growing strongly, we are now eagerly looking for new HR talent to join our team!

What can you expect?

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist operating within our clients' environments (On site), your role encompasses the entire recruitment journey, from the initial intake with hiring managers at their sites to the final stages of candidate onboarding.:

  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers during the intake process to understand their specific needs and the key qualifications for each role.
  • Strategizing and crafting compelling job advertisements that resonate with the ideal candidates.
  • Proactively navigating various job platforms to discover and engage with top-tier talent, initiating first contact with potential candidates.
  • Conducting a thorough analysis of resumes, followed by direct outreach through phone calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Implementing comprehensive assessments to evaluate both the technical skills and personality traits of candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for the client’s needs.
  • Guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment process, from initial interviews to final selection, fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Leading the negotiation of contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the candidate and the client, and align with organizational policies and standards.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles and helping them integrate into the client's work environment.


In this role, you will take charge of the entire recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and professional experience for both candidates and clients.

Vereisten

Who are you?

  • You have a well-established career in Talent Acquisition, backed by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with a focus in Human Resources.
  • You bring a wealth of experience in Talent Acquisition, demonstrating a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Fluent in Dutch, you also possess strong proficiency in English and French, enabling effective communication in a multilingual environment.
  • Your communication skills are exceptional, making you a proficient and engaging conversational partner, both in verbal and written forms.
  • You are results-driven and excel at problem-solving. Your initiative and perseverance are key in identifying and securing the ideal candidates for challenging roles.
  • Your expertise in social media makes you adept at leveraging these platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.
  • As a  Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are self-sufficient, adaptable, and proactive, capable of thriving in dynamic settings and managing multiple recruitment projects with finesse.
